Pastor
Alwen
she/her
Pastor Alwen, a Colorado native, resides in Lakewood with her husband and two children, and numerous pets. An ordained Episcopal priest with a Masters of Divinity from Iliff School of Theology, she brings a fervor for social justice, outreach, and intergenerational ministry, along with a love for reading, dancing, and teaching. Continually inspired by the boundless love and grace of God, she finds joy in diverse forms of ministry and sharing Christ's love across borders.
Youth Director
Lucas

Lucas comes to us new to Colorado, bringing years of ministry experience and a Master of Divinity with concentrations in youth ministry, pastoral care, and gender and sexuality studies. A tenacious advocate for marginalized communities — especially those of LGBTQ+ identities — he is passionate about walking with youth and families through their life journey and creating spaces that are safe, supportive, and welcoming for all. Lucas loves the outdoors, travel and adventure, and making a positive difference in the lives of those around him.
Office Manager

Marz, a long-time Lakewood resident, finds joy in hiking, teaching yoga, and scrapbooking. With degrees in public relations and human resource management, she's embarking on her first role at a church, thrilled to serve an RIC congregation with her genuine love for people.

Larisa, our esteemed Director of Music at LCM, is not only a brilliant professional keyboardist but also a cherished member of our musical family. With her longstanding dedication, she has graced our community with her musical talents for years, directing our choir and lending her expertise to our worship experience.
Director of Creative and Digital Arts
Jayme

Jayme runs the congregation's creative and digital life: A/V during worship, the livestream and recordings, the website, and social media. They also build ways for people to connect beyond Sunday morning, from Dungeons & Dragons to occasional interactive worship — all of it aimed at the same warmth and inclusivity you'd find in the building.

Our meticulous accountant, Denise, with an eye for detail and a knack for numbers, ensures our financial records are in top shape. Diligent and dedicated, she plays a vital role in keeping our church's finances organized and transparent.
